Hi There!

I am a new admin trying to help guide my CSM’s with the Success Plan and need some help.

Here are some of their questions/concerns:

  1. How long will it take to implement this function of the tool?
  2. In a perfect world, what kind of behavior would we like to see the users exemplifying each day/week/month in order to say it was a successful rollout?
  3. How does the tool work/what are the functionalities?

Is this something you can help walk me through?  Or at least help me answer their questions better.
