Can a JO program be triggered by an Objective in a Success Plan?

For example, if we wanted to send a “Client Kick-Off” email once the Client Kick-Off objective start date occurs, would we be able to do that from Success Plans?

Hi @MelissaC, yes, that is doable. We trigger an onboarding survey via JO once a specific objective in our Onboarding Success Plan is marked as Closed Success.

Thanks @heather_hansen .  So how would I set that up? :)

@MelissaC So, I would probably do an Advanced Program, and then, use the Query Builder.  Is the contact associated in the CTA or are you going to be pulling that from somewhere else?

If not associated, you would pull from the Call to Action object, and then, filter for the specific CTA that you want.  Then, I’m assuming you want to fire based on Closed Date, so you’d want to have that in your filter as well. Grab any account information you want from there as well. Then, you’ll have to do another task to grab the contact from wherever you are going to get that.

If associated, you’d use the Cockpit Associated Records instead of Call to Action, and do the same steps.
