Although we preach “if it is not on the Timeline, it did not happen!” We still have some CSMs who are constantly taking notes and keeping notes in Microsoft OneNote. Considering the new Timeline API, any ideas on how to integrate the two systems or bulk upload the notes?

My understanding is that you should be able to insert records into the Gainsight Activity Timeline object using the API but we have yet been able to get this to work. Just mentioning it in case you have better luck than we are.
