Can a timeline entry trigger an automated email to be sent out in JO?

@MelissaC Yes - internal as a User Program or External as a Company program. We have use cases for both that we use a Timeline post to trigger.

So if my CSM logged an entry for a first meeting, that could potentially trigger a welcome email the next day?

Correct! We use that exact use case. We also have one that triggers a survey be sent as well. :)
