Posting for a customer.

 

They are wanting to set up email in the Chrome plugin so that it can be configured with a group distro email so that when it is logged the customer responds to that email instead of the personal email.

 

Currently, this is not possible since the plug in uses personal emails to login.

 

So with that being said, is there a way that team can log into Gainsight Assist automatically from Gmail so they can just access it from the Customer Advocacy mailbox

@gschardan No, it is not possible as of now. A team will have list of emails on one username and this is not yet supported in User Management.
