Are you asking about automatic browser refreshes that happen periodically for security purposes? if these refreshes are considered individual login events in Gainsight's HAU (Health and Usage)?If yes, They may or may not trigger a full login but it depends on the specific Implementation. 

To enhance the accuracy of your HAU metrics, it's important to ensure that security refreshes conducted by your IT team are not counted as user logins. To achieve this, you can create a filter or rule in Gainsight that specifically excludes these activities. Start by identifying a unique identifier for the refresh activities, like a distinct IP address or user agent. Then, adjust the settings to disregard logins from this identifier when calculating HAU metrics.
