Using Journey Orchestrator to send a monthly customer newsletter

Hey @Chae Stewart  - I would say this a fairly common use case for JO. The most common scenario would be using a Program with a single email step and sending to a curated list - probably power users, decision makers, or admins. The email template can support HTML frames but doesn’t have a built in visual page layout editor so I’ve mostly seen scenarios where the HTML template is built in another program and then HTML Code is copied into the Email Template editor in Gainsight. 

Then you would probably just clone that one program every month and update the email step to use a new email template that has that month’s content.

@john_apple That’s helpful, thank you! I was trying to think of a way to have just one Program for it, but I don’t think that would work long-term.
