Hi,

 

I am new to Gainsight and want to learn more about the product (Product Experience & Customer Success). As I am working on my project as it has a lot of customers so I wanted to automate various things. Could you please share any guide/document so I can go through.

      But these are Self-paced https://education.gainsight.com/page/self-paced-learning that’s mean there I have to learn my own. Right?

      What if I have questions related to the topics.

      Our teams host admin and px office hours on a regular basis where you could bring in your questions/doubts. You can subscribe to this category to stay updated on both admin and PX office hour posts.
