As a Gainsight admin i work on on-boarding new users on Gainsight - We have new CSM's and managers who on-board to use gainsight.
Once we have done the required Permission assignments, we manually send an email to CSM's or Managers notifying that they can now access Gainsight
I'm looking for an option to automate this, have a predefined template and send a notification from Gainsight by using Gainsight email capabilities
Has anyone done this before or any ideas here will be helpfull

Interesting 🙂 I'd suggest setting up a Playbook that includes a templated email using Email Assist, and then you would manually create CTA when you were asked to onboard a new Gainsight user. That Playbook could also include the other key tasks, like running their training and potentially following up with them a month or so later to answer any questions.
Seth's idea is the solution that I came up with as well.
Alternatively, if there was a data trigger in SFDC that you could watch via a rule, you could send the email fully automated via CoPilot.
