In searching Community posts, I’ve gathered that an email is sent to Viewer and Viewer+ license type users when a CTA is assigned to them.  Is that correct?

It’s also my understanding that the link to the CTA doesn’t work for them when clicked, since they aren’t full users.  Also correct?

Finally, in order for these users to view the CTA, they need to do so via the GS widget in Salesforce, Cockpit tab.  However, they can’t action the CTA in any way, they can only view it.  Correct?

Are there any other notification options available to these users?  For example, Slack?
