Where do they go when deleted and how can I get them back?

@lilypots22 Once a CTA is deleted from the UI, I don’t know of any self-serve route to get the CTA back. There’s no concept of a recycle or trash bin for deleted CTA records.

Depending on the number of CTAs deleted and their impact, you might contact Gainsight Support to learn if they have more options for you.


@lilypots22 with the caveat that if you’re on the SFDC edition it *might* still be possible to recover them. I haven’t used it in a minute and this post isn’t exactly new, but if you’re on that edition it would be worth a look.
