What specific permissions are needed to upload pptx for Success Snapshot, Dashboards, Success Plans, etc?

I am trying to upload pptx files for the Success Snapshots, Success Plan, Dashboard mailer...but I keep getting Insufficient Privileges (I am not a SFDC admin).

Also - I believe there used to be instructions on how to attach these templates within SFDC proper so that I could select them for Success Snapshot - but I can no longer find that knowledge article on the support portal.  Assuming it was changed.

What specific permissions sets are required on the SFDC side to enable me to upload the pptx files?

Also - is there something that can be done within Gainsight to not require special permissions to upload these files?

    Joe Siudzinski sent me a note today answering this question:

     There is documents object you need access to.  Also, there is a Manage Public Documents ability that is a system permission. This will also need to be enabled.

    Documents is a SFDC object, shown below how it looks in the Permission Sets --> Object Settings.

    Manage Public Documents is a 'System Permission' at the bottom of permission sets profile section.  This is just a check box to enable it.
