When making reports on the AO Emails object, we can't see the account name associated with the contact

The AO Emails being a Standard object, is not configurable to include a lookup field to the Account object.

 

These are the only two lookup fields present on that object.
 

 

How can we achieve the desired result to show the contact name, side by side with the account name?

Hey @johnny - if you expand the GS Participant ID, you should see additional lookups available at the end of the field list for AO Participants. One of those should be a lookup to Company on Company ID, where you can then grab the ‘Name’ field.

 

So your pathway would look something like this: AO Emails>AO Participants>Company>Name.

With this, you should be able to grab your recipient info from AO Participants, the Company name from the lookup under AO participants, and whatever fields you want from AO Emails. I believe that is out of the box for NXT folks as well.
