Why are my survey email templates not showing?


I have been trying to create a few surveys with a delay timer in the beginning. When using the new journey editor, I am unable to see any of these email templates or the folder they are being held in.

Sounds like the standard IT meme, but have you tried refreshing your Gainsight tab with the program editor? Some of the changes I’ve made don’t take effect until I do that… 🤔

Refreshed, logged in and out, and even tried a different device 😔
Unable to find anything in Gainsights documentation on why this would be.

Ahh… maybe time’s your best friend here. I’ve had weird experiences in the new dynamic editor.
