When utilizing the “send Email Copy” function, there is a line on the Email Copy that include the context of the Participant’s email address and the SFDC Account Id of the Company they are associated with.
It would be helpful to be able to customize these details to display information that is more relevant/helpful to the recipient of the Email Copy, such as the Gainsight Company Name as opposed to the SFDC Account Id.

Thank you@mmayhall - this would be a great product enhancement to provide more context to the email which is being sent as a copy to the person. Ideally additional text only visible to that person getting the copy and variables to add other relevant data.
