I’m not sure if I’m remembering things correctly but when I used to go to control > customization > header I used to be able to see a section in here for site identity and I was able to put our company icon.
Also our icon on the address bar has been missing all day.
Have you already looked “Theme” option when you login to the community as a admin?
That’s where they moved to. You get to it on the front end when you’re logged-in as an Admin and have customize mode.
