I’m not sure if I’m remembering things correctly but when I used to go to control > customization > header I used to be able to see a section in here for site identity and I was able to put our company icon.
Also our icon on the address bar has been missing all day.

+9👆 That’s where they moved to. You get to it on the front end when you’re logged-in as an Admin and have customize mode.
