Anyone else have the chat option missing on the Support page? Have a question that needs answering asap but no option to chat.



@mandy_major Can you provide a response to Taylor's question? Was this just for last week?




I can't see it either. Anyone knows what happened to it?




@ana_costa can you let me know specifically what time. We had to disable the offline chat due to SPAM awhile back, so I want to make sure it wasn't outside operating hours that you didn't see it.





For the overall question, we did disable chat for a few days due to company-wide kickoff meetings. Our other channels we're open and available throughout last week and we are seeing quite a few chats logged since that event.

For sure, first noticed on March 11,Yesterday at 4:55 PM PST.





I'm trying again today and still cannot see it - March 12, 10:11 AM PST.

Hi Ana, we cannot give or remove access to chat. Please log a ticket with Gainsight Support so we can investigate.





We've gotten many chats today and I am able to see it when I log in.

I noticed the Live Chat Icon disappeared for two days in a row now. Yesterday 07/17/2024 and today, 07/18/2024.

Any news on what could be happening?
