Attachments Section on 360New Idea

Would love the option to add an attachment section to the C360 so we can store key documents such as in-play contracts - we currently upload these to the timeline but they very quickly get obscured by the rest of the entries and it’s a very common need to recheck contracts for anything nuanced and not easily expressed in attribute sections.

P360 - Make Company Name ClickableNew Idea

We are starting to get interest from stakeholders in the GS P360. Without fail, when someone learns that they can look up an individual person, they ask “How do I get back to the Company View now?” They consistently click on the Company Name and expect it to be hyperlinked.Would be a small QOL improvement for Ops (less questions) and Users (less confusion).

Sorry, I struggled a bit with a good title for this 😅 Say user A asked a community question about custom phrases in CC and was a part of a longer discussion in the thread. Then user B asks a different question related to custom phrases in the community.  Could AI be leveraged in a way to notify user A that a topic that they very well may be interested in was posted to the same community? The hopes would be that user A would engage in the conversation, maybe answer the question, or at the very least – learn even more about the subject.

Change the login button link/pop up

My requirement is kind of simple :)I am trying to enable OpenID connect based login for insided forum. The current behaviour is that even if OpenID connect based login is the only option available, clicking on the “Login” button opens up a popup similar to below. Click on Login PopupInstead what I want is to directly take the user to my OpenID Connect identity provider when the user click on the login button.The behaviour I expect is similar to https://community.zapier.com/ where the link on the Login Button directly takes the user to https://community.zapier.com/ssoproxy/login?ssoType=oauth2 which I assume is a similar URL the browser would take me if I select the OpenID connect option from the pop up.I edited the login button in the browser (HTML editing) and it worked as expected. ie, I linked the button to take me to OpenID connect provider. What would be the cleanest approach to do this?Is it possible to modify the login button link directly?TIA

Change RGB code for Scorecard Labels

I have been working with a customer who would like to change the RGB code for Scorecard Lables. You can not change the colors with custom colors since label is a lookup to the scoring scheme definition and colors need to be set from the scorecard. The question is, why can't you change the RGB code through this option?

Ability to Edit CTA Name in c360 Side BarNew Idea

Ability to edit the CTA name in the new c360 side bar.With the new side bar - we are able to make update to tasks, task names, etc.However, in order to edit the CTA name, we have to click on the name - which opens up a new page.If we are able to edit the CTA name in the c360 side bar, it would streamline CSM workflows. Thanks!

Objective Order on Success Plan Template

I love that you can add a template to Success Plans, however I am having a few issues.  When I add objectives to the Success Plan Template the order is different when the CSM applies the template.  Is there a way to make Success Plan Templates editable like playbooks where you can move the order of the objectives around and then they show up in that order for the CSM?  Right now I keep battling with the template by adding and deleting tasks to get them in the order I want, and then for some reason they still show up in a different order when applied to the Success Plan.
