How do I prevent download or sharing of a PDF file?

Hi all, We are in the first month of using Gainsight for our community and also just completed our large in person customer conference. Our community site is private (gated) and we are embedding the conference session recordings. We are also looking to upload a PDF version of each session’s decks, but want to ensure that our members are not able to download them. I am struggling to find a solution that would allow for this. Has anyone done something like this before or have a tip?

Add invite link functionality to hidden groupsOpen

Currently in private groups, we’re able to create an invite link for members to join the community and group at the same time. However, this functionality is currently not available in hidden groups. It would streamline group creation for administrators by enabling invite links in hidden groups.

Hi there,Configure CTA Linked Objects - Gainsight Inc.“Admins can add Gainsight Renewal Center Opportunity objects that can be linked to a CTA for each CTA type from the Linked Objects section. In the Call to Action > Linked Object section, admins can select the GS Opportunity object from the Linked Objects dropdown list.IMPORTANT: This feature is only applicable to the customers who are on the Cockpit Horizon Experience and have access to Renewal Center. For more information on Renewal Center, refer to the Renewal Center Overview article.”This object being available to everyone including those not using Renewal Center, the ability to link the GS Opportunity object should be available to everyone. How do I add a running total (cumulative sum) based on dates in Report Builder?

I have data in Gainsight that returns 1’s and 0’s for each entry. I want to create a running total or cumulative sum of 1’s for every date entry. How can I do this using the ‘add formula field’ feature in Report Builder? TIA

Inline Generic Survey Question feedbackNew Idea

Have recently started using inline survey questions more for generic surveys, and have some feedback.There’s not a way to manipulate the font of the survey question, so it winds up not matching the font of your email template and can look poorly formatted.  Would love to be able to configure to use the same font as the template.  With the different available options of formatting, we’ve received feedback that it’s difficult to know where to click for the question response.  For example, the one with the colored boxes requires you to click on the text of the response and not just in the box. It’s not clear on the Program Details page that the question has to have a control type of Radio in the survey set up in order to be used in the program.  Might be good to add that as a tool tip somewhere.

Allow for inserting Null values in case expressionsNew Idea

It would be great if we could insert Null values for Case Expressions. The current configuration requires us to provide a value, even if that value is a Custom value.Use Case:I’m calculating an “Age” field for a professional services project. If the project is still Active, I want to insert my calculated Project Age field. If the project is not still Active, then I want a Null value. I can’t accomplish this use case as Case Expressions require a value.
