CTA Mass Edit should include Save & possibly Clone options
It would be nice to have the options to save (and possibly clone) a mass edit configuration in the same way that we can save reports and rules.
It's also odd to me that we keep building UI variations on the rules engine functionality (regular Rules Engine, CoPilot, and now Mass Edit) that all work a little differently. I think it might be a little confusing for the users.
