We would love to be able to send automated emails more frequently via CoPilot, such as sending the welcome email to new customers three times throughout the day.  We like to reach out to new customers within a few hours of them completing the sale, but we can currently only send the automated welcome email via CoPilot once a day.  We were able to work around this by setting up three different outreaches to go to different power lists that are differentiated based on the hour a sale is completed, but being able to schedule an outreach to happen multiple times in the same day would make this much easier.

Curious. Is the welcome message exactly the same each time? I would imagine that you run the risk of being flagged as spam if you send it via co-pilot multiple times in the same day. 





Just a thought. Not sure if that's the case. Sharing the experience I've run into in the past with a similar feature. 
The email is the same every time.  We aren't sending the same email to the same people every time.  We want to be able to send the welcome email to everyone who completed their sale before 11:00, then have the power list refresh and the email is sent to everyone who has completed the sale between 11:00 and 3:00 p.m.  We would want the list to refresh again and have the email go a third time to all of those who completed their sale between 3:00 and the close of business.  Each customer will only receive the email once, but the list needs to refresh more frequently.
Got it. I read it as sending a single e-mail to customers 3x a day. Thanks for the clarification.
Hey Curtis, You can create multiple recurring schedules for the same outreach. Say one schedule at 11am and other at 12pm so on. You need not create multiple outreaches.
