+2Hello All. I am hoping I am missing something simple here since all other external actions are working fine. I receive the error Code GS_APIG_2401 (Unauthorized) when trying to create or update an Objective or Task using External API.
My External Action to create an Objective previously worked but is now returning the error.
I confirmed the access key is correct and the required fields are included.
Any suggestions?
+2Yep, it was something simple! I copied the External API from our sandbox and forgot to update the URL to our production environment😣.
