The short answer is “Yes”, you can assign a backup TAM or CSM to your customers. To help us all guide you best, perhaps you’d share a bit more of why you are thinking about adding backups, what you may do with them, etc. What’s your end goal, or your concept of success here?
With that, we all can brainstorm on what configuration takes you in that direction.
