I realize that this is going to sound like a really stupid question, but I’ve learned not to take things for granted when it comes to this platform :)
Has anyone at Gainsight tested and can confirm that removing Bionic Rules functionality from Gainsight will have no impact on Real Time Rules? I know they’re not the same, and probably have different microservices, but I don’t know if of the 10 it needs, 1 is shared with Bionic Rules and not with Horizon Rules so when Bionic Rules go away RTRs will break.
At any rate - I’m just asking mostly so that someone has in fact asked the question, even if the answer seems obvious.
