Those of you have your CE tool integrated into your community, what type of data do you see in community analytics?
I’m curious to hear if anyone has had a different experience with this than we have.
We launched our community (CC) one year ago, with training (CE) included as part of the community. We accomplished this by doing a custom navigation menu that includes an option for training, and creating our own SSO between the two platforms.
Since then, I believe Gainsight has introduced SSO; but that is the only integration between CC and CE to my knowledge. Federated search can be accomplished via API, but there is no integration with analytics. CE analytics is standalone.
I don’t believe analytics can be integrated until user profiles between the two platforms are merged.
Would love to be wrong on any of the above!

Can you elaborate more on the federated search? For example, if a customer of ours types something in the search bar, can content from community and the CE tool both show up in the search results on the community search page?
We have not implemented the federated search yet - but it is my understanding that your description is correct.
