I tested this in our sandbox environment and it looks like Best Answers do not apply to Product Ideas or Groups (or at least, I could not mark a reply to my idea as a best answer). Is anyone able to confirm this is true?
You can definitely have a best answer for questions asked in groups.
But there is no “best answer” option for ideas. If you have an idea that is actually a question that needs a best answer, you can convert it now:
If you ever had a profile with us, there's no need to create another one.
