How to count number of impressions on conversational widget?

Is that still true today? Thanks

I asked about this a few months back and the answer around embeddable widget metrics was to ask your CSM or support and they can provide them to you. 

I did and they gave me a CSV or two. I had to do the analysis myself, but it helped me understand how many times the widget was loaded and posts viewed, etc.
