Hi, I see we have a certain number of impressions included with our subscription. How would I track the number of impressions?

Adding to that, how would I track the the success of having the conversational widget? E.g. number of opens, number of searches, number of clicks?

At inSided, we measure user interactions with the widget on your website, such as opens and clicks. In the future we will make this data accessible to you through a self-service dashboard.

I asked about this a few months back and the answer around embeddable widget metrics was to ask your CSM or support and they can provide them to you. 

I did and they gave me a CSV or two. I had to do the analysis myself, but it helped me understand how many times the widget was loaded and posts viewed, etc.
