You’ll need to invite them as a user in Control. This will require a licence/seat in Control in order for them to create articles. As a workaround, you could have them create new topics (conversation or question) and then convert those to articles. There’s also a new beta feature in flight that will allow you to author on behalf of another community user.

Thank you Scott.

It seems I don’t have the option to convert them into articles.
Although I’m the Community manager.

Is this normal or not ?

Thank you for your help

Ok, found out why.

It is not possible to do it from a question, only a conversation.

Sorry,

Thanks
