Subscribe users to pages
Hi
Is it possible for a community admin to subcripe people to a pages so that I am sure that they will get a update when a new topic is posted to that page.
It is not possible for admins to subscribe users to specific categories. The user would need to opt into the subscription themselves. However. I would recommend sending out a marketing email, highlighting the value of subscribing to a certain category.
For example, I’ve sent out emails in the past where I’ve highlighted the product updates section or news category. I then instructed the users how to subscribe.
