Our CSMs would like to have an option to attach images and ppts in plan info page with thumbnail view of the slide/graphic that expands when clicked. It would be more flexible if there is ability to report on success plans having attachments or not.

Alternatively, you can add documents on a timeline entry associated to the success plan and track them with a specific timeline activity type so they are all easily searchable.
Whilst a helpful workaround, this seems to be a little buggy and also not an ideal state. The contributor’s original idea would be much more valuable.
