The function that emails users when a survey is submitted is very useful:
https://mail.google.com/mail/u/0/?ui=2&ik=75a31bf243&view=fimg&th=163f5524df8d2556&attid=0.1&disp=emb&realattid=ii_jic1dzea0_163f5512d874304e&attbid=ANGjdJ-MmMUAJ0f1XjfAPHzROeuiRsFJU0dD6L1wILMOdGaDSNHoVx2ls7aZg2w3yRxjpQmdrwcCDuEetj-Bl63LcDTuskORtuiSZXqAqKjhcMoK1Rfxnw9dLwGmtOE&sz=w1050-h118&ats=1528920599551&rm=163f5524df8d2556&zw&atsh=1

However, an Admin user should be able to edit the criteria that appears on that email:

I would like the freedom to customize the information that goes out, whether it be to link it back to an account page, the survey analysis page, etc..

Hi,

Iam trying to understand the use case for this. Could you elaborate on the need for edit? The details which you see on the screen when a survey is responded is primarily the details which you have mapped before sending the survey.

Thanks

One potential solution is to configure Outreach / Advanced Outreach to send notifications internally after survey responses are received. I recently built this for my team, and using the power of Advanced Outreach you can grab almost any field and place it into the email message.

In my internal notifications, I also include a link straight to the C360, and an embedded Report which shows not only the most recent survey response, but also the last several responses, so we get a feel for the trending over time within a specific customer.

great idea-- so in the "Send email" option, where it says To:, I can type in whatever emails I need to internally correct? I just separated them by commas. Or does it have to be a mapped field? The only option I'm seeing is the Recipient Email.

I *believe* the To: Recipient Email Address needs to reference a mapped field. At the very least, that is how I configured my Advanced Outreaches.

When I configure my Participant Configuration, in Step #1 (Participant Sources), I include the CSM Email as a field my query should return. In doing so, the CSM Email address becomes available to me when I arrive at Step #3 (Mapping Participant Sources) to map to the Recipient Email Address.
