add fields to email templates

Is there a way to add a certain salesforce field into an email template, that can then populate in email assist? I know I can do this when I create an outreach around this, but not sure if I can do this when I pull the email template in in email assist.

Hi Ky - When you select a template in the email task of a playbook, there's an icon to the right where you map the tokens from your template to a SFDC field. Just as you would do in an Outreach.

Hope that helps,
Elizabeth

Hi Elizabeth! Thanks. So, more specifically, I am only able to map from contact and account fields. Is there a way I can pull in additional fields from other objects? Or am I only limited to those 2?

Right now, I believe it is just the two right now. I have a post in right now to include others (specifically MDA).
