I have a customer that has a need for Advanced triggers for creating Call to Action's.





The use case here: We want to create a CTA that gets fired to Managers if their CSMs haveCTA(s) that have not been updated within 2 weeks.





So we would like the ability to be able to set a logic:











If "CSM" of "Manager" has CTA(s) with no updates in the last two weeks = Fire CTA to Manager



I believe you can do this with a bionic rule. What limitation are you running into specifically?
