Avoiding email template save error

I get this message pretty sporadically in email templates…

At first I saw the pattern of it happening when there was no subject line… but that’s not the case now. 

 

Anyone have tips for avoiding this error?

@mglarocca if this is still happening in your Gainsight instance, it’s probably a good idea to contact support so they can work more directly with you and, if needed, escalate to engineering.

Thanks y’all I opened up a support ticket. 

 

I am starting to think that the email assets are heavier than the system expected causing the time outs.
