Avoiding email template save error

@mglarocca if this is still happening in your Gainsight instance, it’s probably a good idea to contact support so they can work more directly with you and, if needed, escalate to engineering. 

@mglarocca did you get a chance to contact our support team? To sort out this we need to go through the Email template.

Thanks y’all I opened up a support ticket. 

I am starting to think that the email assets are heavier than the system expected causing the time outs.
