Using Advanced Outreach, we create 6-emails campaigns at the end of which, we would like the customer to provide us feedback on the quality of the campaign.
We use email chains obviously. We have not found a way to include a survey nor an inline survey question at the tail end. I also thought we might be able to include a question at the bottom of an email of the type 'Is this tip helpful? Yes or No". There just does not seem to be a way to connect an email chain to a survey automatically at this time.
An alternative could be to have a way to export the names of the recipients who followed a campaign to be used as input to a survey.
Is there a way to accomplish either one? It is important for us that no manual work is required to handle this.
Thanks

Hi Diane,
The best way to achieve this would be to create a second Advanced Outreach that contains your survey and in your powerlist or bionic query criteria, validate that the person has completed the 6 step email campaign to know who should receive the survey.

Any plan on delivering the ability to insert inline surveys in emails in an email chain?
Templates with an inline survey space are filtered out when we are building an email chain.

Hi,
Thanks for sharing this use case. I will wait for more customers asking for the same. This will help us to prioritize the same in the roadmap. Until then, please use the approach suggested by Dan above for creating two advanced outreaches. In the second outreach , you can use bionic query filter to bring in contacts who successfully completed the first advanced outreach.
Thanks

Hi Dan - can you point me to documentation on how to validate that a person has completed the 6 step email campaign?
Hi Diane, one way to do this would be to look at the AO Participants object and the Participant state field, looking for completed status on the first outreach.
