Clearing and Reloading Data without triggering CTAs or removing visualizations

Hi.  I am a new admin wanting to clean out the data in our gainsight platform.  How do I clear and reload data while not triggering CTAs or ruining any existing visualizations?

Hi, can you be more specific? Which data are you trying to delete? You could temporarily disable any running rules to stop them from triggering, and then create one to remove the data you want.

Hi,

Thanks for your response.  we have various daily jobs to populate objects via the s3 connector, and there are problems with duplicated data.  I want to clear the object and reload data to remove all duplicated data.
