I'm trying to create a CTA for when a customer's Account type changes from Customer to Expired/Terminated. Is this possible to configure via the Rules engine? If so, how?

Hopefully we can have some other inputs here but here are my thoughts.





One way to do this would be to load the status to a new field called Previous type daily with one rule and then have another rule running to check to see if the current type is different from previous type.





Does anyone else have any other thoughts on how to do this?
