Is there a way to bulk download the CSVs used in JO programs? We’ve sent several program using csv files and I’d like to share these with our IT department. I can go program by program and download them but I was wondering if there is an easier way.

Just musing here, but maybe a report on the Email Raw Events object? Could filter by Email Template Name to pull in the specific programs. Could add that to a dashboard for easier access too. 
No, no bulk download. You could build a report/dashboard as suggested above, or dump data using the API on a scheduled basis.
