Feedback on Dashboard Exports

I’m a huge fan of the powerpoint and PDF functionality! Come time for internal quarterly reviews and board meetings, it’s helpful to be able to export our management dashboards to share with the broader organization.

As noted in this post here, the Link functionality is a bit frustrating. It would be much easier if it could just generate a link that we are able to share out rather than email each user the link the dashboard to be able to access it.

@rahul_prayakarao  we have to report usage statistics up to the executive team who do not login to gainsight. We’ve made a separate area for presentation on an internal site, as the usage statistics is only one part of the executive readout.

Every month someone has to take screenshots of each widget for all our product tags to update the latest monthly statistics which takes quite a while. It would be nice if we could export the widget information to put onto our internal site.

Also, it would be nice to update the statistics more than just once a month (like updating every week) so we always had more real time data. Due to the effort it takes to update we limited it to one month.
