Has anybody done Gainsight integration with Language Translation Products such as Lion Bridge? I'm specifically looking at options of performing Translations on Surveys using Translation Platforms such as Lion bridge.

Gainsight surveys support multi-lingual versioning and survey analytics are aggregated together regardless of language. This is a big advantage over sending separate surveys for each language.

The recommended approach here would be to create a multi-lingual survey and then send it out using the multi-lingual (variant) capabilities of CoPilot (explained here: https://support.gainsight.com/Product_Documentation/CoPilot_and_Automated_Email/Admin_Configuration/...)





This will give you the best automation and flexibility to contact and survey your customers regardless of language!
