Gainsight is moving to a monthly release schedule starting in March. This change enables our product team to focus on delivering the highest quality product. Additionally, more frequent releases allows us to share early versions of new features, collect feedback, and iterate on them quickly. Lastly, while monthly releases sound more frequent, we've actually been pushing multiple patches between every major release, which will no longer be necessary.

Hi Lila - I clicked on that link and it says "It looks like you encountered an old link, https://support.gainsight.com/Product_Documentation/Administration/General_Administration/Gainsight'.... Please look for the article title in the old URL (after the number string), and enter it in the search bar above to locate the new page."
Hmm, that's very strange! I can't reproduce the problem, and the url is correct:
https://support.gainsight.com/Product_Documentation/Administration/General_Administration/Gainsight'...
https://support.gainsight.com/Product_Documentation/Administration/General_Administration/Gainsight'...
What I noticed is that if I click on the link that appears in the email message for this post, the link is broken.
But if I open the community thread and then click on the link, the link loads correctly.
The link address in the email is:
http://email.getsatisfaction.com/wf/click?upn=Gf15zKkQ5xF-2FJchx2RlboLBjGHQJwKoYDQDwbG3ymiVGJIQ-2FxU...
The link address in the community post is:
https://support.gainsight.com/Product_Documentation/Administration/General_Administration/Gainsight'...
So it looks like the community software provider (GetSatisfaction) is doing something to convert the links in emails. Very odd behavior.

THis is great!! How exciting to have monthly updates! We'll definitely have to work harder and smarter to make sure we can appropriately implement all the cool things you guys roll out! 😃
