Does anyone else have the ability to successfully run rules from Salesforce Sandbox to their Gainsight Sandbox?

There are full copies of the rules we have in Production, but when I go to edit them in our sandbox so we can test features that will be rolled out in Salesforce Production later, they go into a boot loop and never load. 

Sometimes this means that the connection hasn’t been fully authorized between your Gainsight sandbox instance and the Salesforce Sandbox - I would check that first - the “OAuth User” that is being used in your Production GS instance is a fully-permissioned SFDC user in your SFDC Prod, and when the Gainsight Sandbox is cloned from your GS Prod, that SFDC username no longer points to anything.

 

Open a support ticket - they can both check logs when a rule edit gets stuck like that, and they have some good to-do lists for post Sandbox creation.
