I am working with a customer in which he has automated playbooks that assigns CTAs.

He wants email notification even when he, himself is getting assigned CTA. Could someone please tell me if it is possible.

Hi @sagan_sherlin Yes, Admins can enable notifications at the org level.

Thanks for posting your question! I think this may depend on whether the individual has email notifications enabled or not, under the bell icon in global nav:

@lila_meyer @sai_ram

What I understood when someone himself/herself creates a CTA He/She will not be notified even when Email Channel and Event subscription is checked for ‘Created CTA’. Please correct me if I misunderstood.
Thanks

Pinging off @lila_meyer - Is it possible to enable this globally by default?  Rather than the user having to enable?
