It appears that the most granular we can run bionic queries for Advanced Outreaches is daily (documentation link). Do we have any plans to enable an advanced scheduler like we do for Bionic Rules? Use case is a customer who wants to be able to send out closed-loop NPS surveys as soon as possible after a case is closed - rather than potentially wait a full day.

Hi Spencer,
For near to real time use cases , we recommend to use Gainsight events framework for scheduling the advanced outreach.
That being said, we can indeed look at adding the advanced scheduler component into Advanced outreach if we hear more use cases for the same.
Thanks
Abhishek S

This would be a helpful feature for us. Bionic Rules allows for Cron scheduling. It would be great if AO did as well.
Ideally, we would use the Events framework to trigger real-time emails but that would require working with our CorpEng/SFDC admin team which would slow things down and make it trickier to update down the road.

Agreed - for a more timely communication jump off, I'd like to be able to trigger the program at least 2 times per day.
Hi Abhishek - can you point me to the best product documentation for the Events Framework you referenced above?
Hi Kate, here's a detailed support article https://support.gainsight.com/Product_Documentation/Administration/General_Administration/Events_Fra...
and an 8 min walkthrough video: https://vimeo.com/277487986
Hope you find those resources useful!
