When setting up Email Notifications the tool only allows for one time zone but we have CSMs in other countries and need the ability to update the time frequency based on the time zone they are in.

Are you referring to these notification settings in Gainsight, or somewhere else? I'm not sure if those notifications would respect the end user's timezone setting in SFDC.

Hello! I received feedback from one of our CSM’s based in the UK that their notifications are coming through really late in the evening their time since the notifications are based in US time zones. They would like to be able to set their daily notifications to arrive around their time zones so that they are better aligned when they check their inbox in the morning.


Amanda, I agree with you on this. Notifications should honor the user’s timezone settings, especially when teams are global.
