Problem with Support Ticket Form & Login

We migrated our support documentation to a new platform this afternoon, and currently the Submit Ticket and Sign In buttons are not working on https://support.gainsight.com.

To contact Gainsight support in the meantime, please email support@gainsight.com. During business hours, you can also use the support chat option on Gainsight Go. 

I'll post an update when the links are working again. Thank you for your patience.

The Sign In and Submit Ticket links are working now, and allow you to submit tickets through Zendesk or check case status.

Have we had any reported issues with old links not redirecting?  I've experienced this a few times today.  Thanks

Hi Scott, Please report any broken links to docs@gainsight.com. All of the our old article URLs now have new URLs, so if you're trying to access a link from a bookmark or an old email for example, the link has changed. However, if you're on the new site and you encounter a broken link within an article, please report it and we'll fix it.
