Success Plan Not Creating Via External API If Picklist Is Blank

When we are mapping a dropdown (either Single or Multi) field in external action and if that field contains blank from the source, the rule says success but the success plan isn't being created. This is only happening when the source field is of picklist/multi picklist data type.

Hi @tejkumar 

When I try to map the Picklist fields in the Success Plan Creation/Update via External API, from the Rules, it is not allowing me to map it with the Picklist field, instead it is showing all the values.

So can you please provide some more information on this if possible with some screenshot or video record.
