When I try to schedule a one time sync using my Program, it selects the time an hour after the time I selected (I checked the time zone first), then when I try to reschedule for an earlier time (that is at least five minutes after the current time) I get the error message that the sync needs to be scheduled in the future. In the past, fiddling with time zone fixed it. I’ve also tried thirty minutes in the future (which has worked before).

Please fix this, it’s broken.

Hi @Scotty at Calendly

Is this in Dynamic JO or in Advanced Programs?

In my XP, it’s always more or less been behaving like this and you cannot schedule in the past nor can you modify the future end date and save without changing the start date to be in the future too. Annoying but that does not seem new.

Thanks for sharing additional details.

It’s a Simple Program, and I’m not deliberately trying to schedule in the past, I’m trying to schedule in the near future, and the app thinks it’s the past. I smell some kind of time zone bug.

If someone from the product team could try to set up a program and do a manual sync with a simple program, they should see how weird this is, and that it is broken.

I’m considering changing the platform I use to send emails to something else like Mailchimp.

Ahhhhh, simple programs… I’m totally incompetent in them 😅.

Maybe @dayn.johnson has more insights he can share ?

Eww… simple programs. Haven’t touched them either, @alizee🤣

Would love to be able to use group sends, but… they just don’t work for me. We use queries for everything.
