Use Case:
Currently in PX, there’s no easy way to modify an existing engagement (particularly if it belongs to a KC Bot). When making modifications, you have to take the associated KC Bot inactive. Also, if you modify the engagement, it affects all environments. You can work around this by duplicating the engagement, promoting it through KC Bots published to different environments (I, S, Q, P).
Idea:
Ideally, I’d like to see the entire engagement screen tabbed by “environment” -- in other words, you would see an Audience > Editor > Schedule > Launch screen for each environment (I/S/Q/P). In this manner, I’d like to be able to select “Integration”, make changes to an engagement there, and test (not affecting the engagement deployed to S/Q/P). Once testing was complete, I’d like to see a “promote” button to promote that configuration to another environment (similar to launching in additional environments).
The idea here is to be able to make changes to engagements without having to manage multiple separate engagements (current state) and knowing which is old versus new. Additionally, it would eliminate the need to make the KC Bot inactive to swap out the old versus new engagements.
