Given the recent technical problems with the Slack integration through Zapier, is there appetite to build a native integration that does not rely on Zapier to connect Insided with Slack? Given the importance of Slack to staying on top of the moderation queue (ie slack notifications to notify of new posts/ replies), would be great to reduce the friction / scope for problems as much as possible.
Thank you for this idea. Let's see how many communities would also need such native integration.
We will be using Zapier when Ideation is live.
We wouldn’t use Slack to notify us of new posts / replies as we do this natively on the Insided platform.
If it’s easy to set up, it’s a great idea. If it’s a choice between this and, say, native email campaign targeting, I’d choose email targeting!
